• Experience with Okta administration and automation.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS365 administration.
• Familiarity with MDM admin and zero-touch deployment.
• Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SaaS operations management; Mac and Windows support.
