📋 Description

• Develop and Debug code to identify and fix performance issues
• Analyze production workloads and system performance metrics to identify performance bottlenecks
• Build proof of concepts and translate successful ones into solutions to maximize product performance
• Build and maintain a platform focusing on performance, resilience and quality
• Impact business across product verticals through your work
• Develop deep expertise in product, infrastructure, and platform

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software experience
• Experience architecting reliable distributed systems, high-volume data management
• Backend services and data systems expertise
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Java and databases expertise
• Observability tools knowledge (New Relic, Splunk, DataDog) a plus
