Product Owner (M/F/H)

📋 Description

• Act as Product Owner for a multidisciplinary DevOps team within the UBO domain
• Translate legislation, policy changes, and stakeholder needs into concrete product goals, features
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and legal
• Drive results, progress, and value creation within the team
• Manage dependencies between teams, chain partners, and stakeholders
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks affecting statutory delivery obligations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business & ICT
• Demonstrable knowledge of government processes
• Demonstrable knowledge of Scrum/Agile
• Recent (within 7 years) and at least 5 years of customer-facing/commercial IT/change experience
• Recent (within 5 years) experience leading multidisciplinary DevOps teams
• Recent (within 5 years) experience driving customer experience improvements using customer insight
