CJA Developer

📋 Description

• AEP/CJA development across analytics stack.
• Migrate and rebuild Adobe Analytics reporting into CJA.
• Configure data models, dataviews, and XDM schemas.
• Build CJA analysis workspace projects and dashboards for web, marketing, and customer journey
• Ensure data consistency between legacy analytics and CJA implementations.
• Support analytics across markets, locales, languages, and properties.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital/MarTech analytics or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Strong experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and CJA Analysis Workspace.
• Solid understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, dataviews, and analytics data flows.
• Strong SQL skills with CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data reconciliation.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud/lakehouse platforms.
