📋 Description

• Prepare and manage AIA billing (Forms 702/703)
• Handle construction progress billing and on-time invoicing
• Process and track change orders
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor balances
• Follow up with customers on invoices/payments
• Support billing/ bookkeeping with accuracy and docs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the construction industry is essential
• Strong construction billing and progress billing
• Hands-on AIA Forms 702 and 703
• Understanding of change orders and project billing
• Experience with AR and collections
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
