📋 Description

• Operate and monitor robots remotely, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Act as ops team voice in product/engineering discussions; provide real-world feedback.
• Coordinate a distributed remote ops team; assign tasks and unblock issues.
• Own daily planning, task tracking, and documentation across shifts/time zones.
• Produce daily summaries and reports on robot performance and trends.
• Maintain playbooks and knowledge bases for scalable processes.

• Experience producing reports or metrics communicating ops performance.
