📋 Description

• Design, develop, integrate, and test instrument subcomponents.
• Lead mechanical design and analysis across project phases with software/ops teams.
• Diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues during prototyping, production, and operations.
• Develop and oversee testing of design concepts or computer models.
• Acquire, integrate, and analyze system data for performance.
• Use SolidWorks to create layouts, drawings, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering; substantial related experience.
• 2+ years in developing instrumentation for lab/scientific/medical apps.
• SolidWorks proficiency for models and drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Python or MATLAB programming proficiency.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes for precision hardware.
