Senior Counsel, Global Alliances Legal - Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care

📋 Description

• Support AbbVie's Global Alliances from discovery through commercialization in Aesthetics, Toxins
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, strategy, BD, commercial teams and corporate
• Negotiate amendments or restructurings to maximize long-term value.
• Assist due diligence and business development for new partnership opportunities.
• Advise senior stakeholders and leadership on complex alliance matters across lifecycle.
• Serve as a resource on innovative legal approaches in science, business, and technology.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. required and licensed to practice in relevant state.
• 5+ years in life sciences/pharma transactions, alliances, or BD roles.
• Experience drafting/negotiating licenses, collaborations, co-development and co-promotion
• Background in science preferred; ability to understand development, regulatory and commercial
• Strong autonomous work style, legal analysis, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to address critical legal/business issues with sound judgment.
