📋 Description

• Lead Search and Curated Experiences for AlphaSense, owning relevance, ranking, document-type
• Define and defend a roadmap balancing relevance quality, coverage, and performance with business
• Build evaluation, metrics, benchmarks, and experimentation to prove search improvements.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Graph, SuperAnalyst/AI, Engineering, and Design to move search and
• Lead and grow a team, mentoring a curated-experiences PM and setting clear ownership.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to post-launch iteration.
