Lab Supervisor - Contaminants

📋 Description

• Supervise the activities of scientific staff for method development/validation and sample analysis
• Oversee analytical data review, data management, and table generation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and ISO/IEC 17025:2005
• Coordinate staff, resources, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare technical reports for clients and provide revenue/forecast input
• Maintain safe, clean lab environment and act as front line for clients

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Science or equivalent
• 2+ years related experience and 1+ year leadership
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines; lab operations and software systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and think critically
• Reside within commutable distance to Madison, WI
