Staff, Document Specialist & Business Systems Analyst - Engineering Group

📋 Description

• Lead PLM 2.0 evaluation, design, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Drive Global Asset / Tool Management strategy, evaluation, implementation, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion across Engineering
• Translate business needs into process designs, requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
• Oversee engineering document control, lifecycle governance, ECO/ECR, traceability, and
• Support product data governance across connected systems and mentor teams on standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field; advanced degree
• 15+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 12+ with a Master’s).
• Experience with Oracle Agile/Oracle Cloud PLM; Windchill/Teamcenter/Enovia nice to have.
• Strong knowledge of PLM, BOM governance, data quality, and FDA/ISO quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Onsite 4 days/week with 1 day remote; location Sunnyvale, CA.
