Machinist CNC Programmer 3

📋 Description

• Program and operate CNC machines (Mill, Lathe, Wire) to tight tolerances
• Support engineering and manufacturing with new part fabrication and modifications
• Work with stainless steel, tool steel, aluminum, and plastics
• Utilize advanced inspection equipment to qualify parts
• Collaborate with engineering staff to solve problems daily
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient shop practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with MasterCam; CAD experience (SolidWorks) a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, fixtures, gauges)
• Develop setup fixtures and tight-tolerance workholding
• Strong mechanical/mathematics understanding; metals and plastics knowledge
• 5-7 years CNC machining experience; high school or vocational diploma required
