📋 Description

• Own SEO and AI/answer-engine search performance for middesk.com as a compounding growth engine
• Build and run an AI-assisted content system to scale output without sacrificing quality
• Partner with Product Marketing and the content team to evaluate and improve digital assets
• Launch 0→1 creative growth experiments for organic reach and brand visibility
• Collaborate on ongoing performance analysis to drive real decisions on strategy
• Provide a point of view on team and resourcing as the function grows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in growth marketing, SEO/content, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred)
• Strong systems thinker who designs end-to-end growth systems
• High bar for content craft; scalable output with AI without generic AI slop
• Comfortable communicating with product managers, engineers, and AI agents
• Track record of meeting high expectations with limited resources
• Self-directed with a flat, fast-moving reporting structure
