Business Information Security Officer

📋 Description

• Lead information security and data privacy initiatives in a federated environment aligned with AGS
• Oversee security controls to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of data for AGS
• Evaluate operations, audit systems, and advise on security and privacy risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate with IS leaders, risk teams, legal, and external auditors on security programs and
• Direct incident response activities and ensure alignment with enterprise security teams.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in cybersecurity, information services or business administration (Master’s
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CySA+ preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years managing an IS or security operations team; 7-10 years in IS or business operations.
• Experience with SOC2 Type II, ISO27001, NIST, and privacy regulations; strong leadership and

• Proven ability to manage priorities and stakeholder relationships in a global context.
