📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues; escalate gaps to store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and store operations to ensure smooth product flow.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service goals.
• Assist with stockroom standards, safety, and visual presentation to support operations.
• Drive daily replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management for a seamless guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• Strong business acumen and ability to leverage metrics to support strategies
