📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of enterprise customers for a modern procurement
• Translate complex business requirements into practical configurations and scalable processes.
• Build solutions from the ground up and help teams realize value quickly.
• Lead training and stakeholder sessions to ensure customers are confident and self-sufficient.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and drive roadmap decisions.
• Own initiatives with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset across multiple customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, ERP or procure-to-pay systems consulting, or
• Previous experience implementing or administering procurement, ERP, or P2P platforms such as
• Strong ability to translate operational requirements into effective software configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach; comfortable operating without detailed instructions.
