🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer focused on backend systems and
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
• Solid understanding of query performance, indexing, data modeling, and execution plans.
• Experience with complex engineering initiatives including requirements analysis, design
• Ability to troubleshoot data-related production issues and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Strong communication and remote-work collaboration with Product and engineering stakeholders.
