Senior Case Manager

📋 Description

• Manage complex case situations for immigrants and refugees
• Conduct assessments of housing, employment, health, education needs
• Develop individualized self-sufficiency plans and coordinate services
• Welcome newcomers; provide interpretation/translation and transportation as needed
• Advocate for programs; coordinate with ORR, agencies, and partners
• Deliver virtual, culturally responsive case management across the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years in case management serving refugee/immigrant populations
• Minimum age 21; strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
• English proficient; excellent cross-cultural communication
• Knowledge of immigration laws, ORR policies, and resources
• MS Office and case management databases proficiency
