Senior Manager, Tax and Treasury

📋 Description

• Own tax compliance globally and treasury ops at Chainguard
• Build policies, processes, and controls as the company scales
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and Deal Desk
• Act as SME for tax and treasury across the org
• Manage banking relationships and cash forecasting
• Oversee audits, tax credits, and regulatory changes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in tax and/or treasury, SaaS/tech exp preferred
• Strong US federal/state and international tax knowledge
• Indirect tax experience (sales tax, VAT)
• Core treasury skills: cash forecasting, liquidity, FX risk
• Policy creation and cross-functional communication
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA/Big 4 a plus
