Technician I, Pilot Plant (R&D)

📋 Description

• Monitor equipment and manufacturing process. Set-up, clean-up, and maintain equipment.
• React to unanticipated conditions, troubleshoot, and inform supervision.
• Observe quality characteristics and document per GMP guidelines.
• Support with process/quality control during pre/post runs and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; degree in scientific field desirable.
• At least 8 years manufacturing experience in chemical/pharma environment as Operator/Technician.
• Knowledge of tools, machines, safety devices in chemical/pharma ops; validation and document
• Ability to read/write operating instructions; perform basic math and data analysis.
• Autonomous workstyle with decision-making; ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff.
