- Design and execute research studies for design, effectiveness, optimization.
- Develop methodologies: focus groups, interviews, surveys, benchmarking.
- Conduct hands-on research across org levels and markets.
- Travel to dispersed U.S. client locations for feedback.
- Analyze findings to identify trends, gaps, opportunities.
- Develop ROI analyses for value of changes.

- Experience with large, complex orgs in consulting or similar.
- Hands-on research design and execution.
- Facilitate focus groups and stakeholder interviews.
- Move from research to recommendations and roadmaps.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong analytics with ROI/business impact analyses.
