📋 Description

• Design and develop HVAC systems for complex facilities including laboratory and industrial
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC engineering issues with practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to meet project requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of detailed engineering activities.
• Perform engineering calculations and develop HVAC designs, drawings, diagrams, and documentation.
• Prepare technical specifications for HVAC equipment and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience designing HVAC, ventilation, heating, and chilled water
• Proven ability to develop detailed HVAC designs, calculations, specifications, and documentation.
• Proficiency with TRACE 700 or Carrier HAP.
• Ability to develop design flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ventilation codes, standards and practices; ASHRAE familiarity.
