Business Operations Manager (Remote from Romania)

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial operations across the EMEA region, bridging Commercial, Customer Success
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle: quotations, orders, provisioning, invoicing, renewals, and
• Own issues, coordinate stakeholders, drive solutions, and implement scalable, repeatable processes.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable processes to improve turnaround times and
• Work in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment with exposure to international markets and
• Contribute to expanding operations across EMEA and increasing operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Order
• Experience supporting B2B commercial operations across multiple countries or international markets.
• Strong understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash
• Proven ability to coordinate across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive with ownership and reliable follow-through.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication; healthcare/healthtech exposure is a plus.
