Director, Affiliate Marketing

📋 Description

• Lead affiliate strategy across regulated markets and new launches.
• Build and maintain strategic affiliate partnerships and recruit new publishers.
• Represent the affiliate program at major industry events.
• Manage a significant acquisition budget; optimize CPA, revenue-share, and hybrids.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve governance, budgeting, and payments.
• Own affiliate tech roadmap with Product/MarTech/Engineering for tracking and attribution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally in regulated online gaming; manage programs/agencies
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong understanding of CPA, revenue-share, hybrid models, LTV, ROI
• Experience with affiliate tech: Income Access, Impact, CJ, Partnerize or similar
• Analytical, forecasting, budgeting capabilities; data-driven decisions
• Experience with mobile measurement/AppsFlyer, deep linking, mobile attribution
