- Develop organic chemistry processes and scale-up for therapies (small molecules/ADC).
- Support process chemistry and manufacturing controls at commercial sites.
- Interact with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring therapies to market.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s) with 3+ years’ experience or equivalent
- Strong synthetic organic chemistry, purification, and spectral analysis skills
- Problem solving, data analysis, and good communication
