- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery and design
- Deliver demos and value-based proof engagements
- Travel 25–50% as needed
- Translate tech capabilities into business outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Enablement, Marketing, CS, Support
- Lead customer-facing docs and narratives
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Solution Consulting or related tech role
- 5+ years in customer-facing pre-sales or support
- Experience with complex cybersecurity/SaaS/enterprise sales
- Strong knowledge of identity, access, risk, and security
- Networking concepts: routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, DNS
- Ability to explain security platforms in customer environments
