📋 Description

• Drive new business growth for TikTok in Cambodia
• Build and expand relations with Big 6 agencies and advertisers
• Lead consultative sales conversations with market insights
• Partner with Aleph sales teams to onboard priority accounts
• Identify opportunities to grow ad investments
• Produce sales decks, proposals, and case studies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing/advertising or related role
• Strong relationships with Cambodian decision-makers
• Proven revenue growth across agency and direct accounts
• Deep understanding of digital/mobile advertising
• Consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Data-driven recommendations and strategic thinking
