Systems Integration Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team for test infra, automation, device labs, and release validation.
• Define validation strategy, metrics, and escalation for reliability across software, firmware
• Build scalable test infra: testing platform, automation, HI‑Lo systems, device orchestration
• Scale lab and fleet operations: provisioning, maintenance, vendor partnerships.
• Set priorities and roadmap balancing short-term needs with long-term infra investments.
• Partner with hardware/software teams to improve testability and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading teams for systems integration, test infra, tooling, or hardware‑software
• Strong background in software engineering, embedded systems, test automation, or systems
• Extensive consumer hardware knowledge and validation of software/firmware/devices.
