📋 Description
- Define and streamline SOC processes to boost productivity globally
- Maintain 24/7 coverage with local/global shift management
- 1:1 meetings weekly to support analyst growth
- Develop training programs for Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Detection
- Collaborate with Product to prioritize new capabilities
- Provide technical leadership and ensure team alignment with Huntress mission
🎯 Requirements
- Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams in Security Operations and related fields
- 5+ years in a global 24x7 SOC focusing on Windows forensics
- 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience in global operations or IR
- Active engagement with the information security community
- Continuous learner with up-to-date threat detection and SOC concepts
- Strong ability to diagram processes and communicate technical concepts
