• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences.
• Provide product expertise and personalized service to drive sales and loyalty.
• Maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize store operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in merchandising and daily replenishment as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong guest-service mindset with a passion for fashion retail.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours/week and during peak blackout periods.
• Willingness to move around the store and assist in back-of-house tasks.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn ALO’s products and initiatives.
