📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud: case management, knowledge repos, agent
• Build AI-driven case summarization, bulk communications, omnichannel routing, case orchestration
• Design and maintain Salesforce integrations with external apps and Snowflake.
• Participate in Developer Fast-Response rotation: monitor health, triage alerts, investigate
• Root-cause analysis to improve reliability and prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor KPIs and performance; contribute to operations reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Omnichannel, including case management
• Production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on API integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms.
• Experience building or supporting Salesforce-to-Snowflake data integration or streaming pipelines
• Familiarity with observability tools, dashboards, operational KPIs, and reliability practices.
