Construction Manager/Superintendent

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate all field construction activities associated with the runway rehabilitation
• Direct daily construction operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule
• Serve as the primary field representative and coordinate closely with the Program Manager, Project
• Interface with military personnel, government agencies, utility providers, subcontractors, vendors
• Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, technical documents, and project
• Evaluate constructability and recommend improvements to design elements, sequencing, and field

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, field supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing heavy civil, transportation, aviation, military, paving, infrastructure
• Experience managing runway, airfield, taxiway, concrete, asphalt, grading, or drainage construction
• Previous experience with Department of Defense, USACE, NAVFAC, FAA, or other federal construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls, field coordination, and
