Job Description
📋 Description
- Establish art direction for paid social and digital channels
- Direct weekly photo/video shoots and oversee production
- Translate briefs into scalable creative for paid social, organic social, digital, email, and
- Collaborate with Creative Strategy, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Social teams
- Produce motion-first concepts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Work on-site from New York office 3 days a week
🎯 Requirements
- Solid visual and motion design capabilities
- Experience with online marketing media channels and social/digital content spaces
- Ability to cast talent and source freelance/vendor talent
- Strong planning: shoot plans, briefs, and post-production notes
- Collaborative with cross-functional teams to balance brand storytelling with business goals
- Willingness to work full-time on-site 3 days a week
