IT Manager

📋 Description

• Own IT operations, providing hands-on support for devices and scalable processes for hardware
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems across workstations, servers, and cloud-based apps; implement
• Serve as primary administrator for internal systems, including Windows/macOS, Google Workspace, and
• Manage and improve network infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers) for secure, reliable
• Oversee software deployment, patch management, and remote desktop services.
• Manage vendor/third-party relationships, including contract negotiations and procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering with hands-on ops ownership.
• Experience managing IT budgets, software costs, and vendor contracts.
• Expertise in Windows and Mac environments, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Group Policy, and
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
