Member of Technical Staff — Frontier Data

📋 Description

• Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets for frontier model capability
• Develop internal platforms to run hundreds of thousands of tasks at scale
• Collaborate with researchers and engineers to align datasets with model roadmaps
• Make quality measurable with grading harnesses, metrics, and checks
• Prototype quickly and harden into production systems
• Contribute back to open source projects to accelerate the community

🎯 Requirements

• Strong generalist engineer with appetite for ill-defined AI problems
• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows
• Strong technical background and written communication
• Nice to have: CV or multimodal models, AI lab collaboration experience
