📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for storing and serving process data across relational
• Own engineering initiatives end to end, translating product requirements into designs and driving

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, MSSQL, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.
• Understanding of query performance, indexing, data modeling, and execution plans.
• Experience delivering complex engineering initiatives from requirements to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
• Willingness to understand the product to develop customer-focused solutions.
