📋 Description
- Provide expert EHS guidance and consultation to stakeholders on hazard controls, safety training
- Own the implementation and management of EHS programs across the assigned segment, ensuring
- Conduct incident and injury investigations, risk assessments, audits, walkthroughs, and workplace
- Develop and implement corrective action plans based on investigations, assessments, audits, and
- Engage, motivate, and influence leaders and employees at all levels to strengthen safety culture
- Partner with operational teams to implement safety enhancements that reduce employee exposure to
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an Environmental, Health, and Safety role.
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated expertise in EHS principles, compliance requirements, risk
- Proven ability to integrate EHS strategies into broader business and operational processes.
- Ability to understand business and operational objectives and translate them into practical
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
