Senior Professional Services Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services for GitLab deployments.
• Plan deployments from single-node Omnibus to large IaC/Config-as-Code reference architectures.
• Lead migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments for secure, reliable workflows.
• Collaborate with Engagement/Project Managers to improve delivery consistency and processes.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor translating goals into actionable plans.
• Interface with product/engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and capture feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitLab workflows and deployment processes.
• Security/AI technologies familiarity.
• Experience delivering customer-facing services (installation, migration, training, advisory).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor other engineers in a remote, asynchronous
