Job Description
📋 Description
- Manage ODM/OEM landscape for Lambda's data center hardware
- Own end-to-end commercial and sourcing relationships with ODM/OEM partners
- Lead negotiations, RFQ/RFP events, and ramp commitments
- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Ensure capacity, cost transparency, and mass production readiness
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain roles
- Experience with ODM/OEM management and finished-goods sourcing
- Strong command of system-level cost structures (BOM, should-cost, NRE, tooling)
- Proven ability to manage platform-level partner selection and NPI ramp
- Technical understanding of hardware manufacturing operations
- Data-driven, relationship builder with cross-functional teams
