📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end CPS operations across Indonesia and Philippine, ensuring data collection, panel
• Own regional operating plans, budgets, forecasting, and productivity initiatives.
• Drive transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
• Provide executive-level reporting and operational insights to leadership.
• Oversee vendor and third-party performance where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations, Market Research
• 12+ years in operations, market research, data collection, or shared services leadership.
• 5+ years leading large, geographically distributed teams.
• Budget management, operational metrics, transformation program experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; fluent English.
