• Bazel/Gradle/Xcode build systems at production scale
• Track record delivering multi-team projects
• Strong mobile depth in iOS/Android or both
• Experience owning CI/CD or release pipelines
• Strategic judgement balancing short-term delivery with long-term architecture
• Documentation and practices that others follow
