📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for client accounts regarding solution implementation, support, and
• Develop relationships and provide ongoing consultation on system utilization and optimization
• Conduct regular business reviews and maintenance visits with clients
• Deliver user training for new and existing client users
• Support implementation and configuration of NIQ merchandising solutions
• Troubleshoot software, system, and data issues raised by clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2+ years in Technical Support, Technical Consulting, Data Analysis, or related fields
• Strong Microsoft SQL skills for data validation, joins, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Experience with business systems and databases
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
• Experience communicating with external clients or stakeholders
