📋 Description
- Define how OpenAI delivers complex semiconductor systems to customers.
- Own scoping, building, shipping, and adoption across RTL design, verification, and physical
- Translate business outcomes into a technical plan; drive day-to-day execution with FDEs
- Embed with customer teams to map workflows and drive adoption of deployments.
- Manage end-to-end delivery, sequencing, and readiness for adoption in export-controlled
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and drive 0→1 prototypes through MVP and scale.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
- Deep expertise in Semiconductor workflows: RTL design, verification, EDA tooling, physical
- Proven record of leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally with AI.
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity and simplify dynamic work.
- Strong technical fluency, sequencing, and trade-off decision-making.
- Experience shipping AI/LLM systems and integrating with customer environments.
