📋 Description

• Role focuses on defining and streamlining SOC processes, workflows, and playbooks for global
• Lead 24/7/365 global SOC coverage with analysts, ensuring consistent operations across regions.
• Provide training opportunities and career growth for analysts; collaborate with Product, Support
• Drive operational efficiency, QoS, and SLA adherence for incident response and investigations.
• Engage with Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering teams to mature processes.
• Public speaking engagements and representation of Huntress at events when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Security Analysis within a 24x7 global SOC, with a focus on Windows forensics.
• 2+ years in team lead or managerial roles in a global operations center or Incident Response.
• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams across Security Operations, Digital Forensics
• Strong ability to translate highly technical concepts to stakeholders with varying technical
• Data-driven mindset with experience in data science concepts; able to create process diagrams and
• Proven track record delivering initiatives with delegation and accountability.
