Java System Architect

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and evolve high-complexity architectures for mission-critical insurance apps.
• Define architecture/engineering/design-pattern best practices across squads.
• Provide strong technical leadership; oversee development and ensure architectural decisions are
• Lead modernization: coexistence, data migration, cutover, legacy transformation.
• Improve platform performance, scalability, resilience, availability, observability.
• Participate in technical reviews, ADRs, PoCs, design discussions, and key decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Solution Architect/System Architect or senior technical leader on complex
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Java/Spring Boot and Angular, including production-grade microservices
• Advanced experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD), risk/complexity assessment, legacy
• Strong knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices, event-driven systems.
• Experience with messaging platforms (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ) in high-volume environments.
• Experience with cloud architectures, preferably AWS; modern engineering/deployment practices.
