• Assist guests with authentic ALO experience and product knowledge
• Drive sales and guest loyalty through personalized service
• Maintain engaging store environment and visual presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions on the sales floor
• Support store goals during peak/high-volume periods
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth store operations

🎯 Requirements

• Prior client-centric, sales experience preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to move around store and assist customers on the floor
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work during company blackout period (Thanksgiving through Jan)
• Strong team collaboration and willingness to learn about products and brand
