Job Description
📋 Description
- Plan, implement, manage, and provide ongoing support for complex enterprise applications, including
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technical organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Gather business requirements, develop specifications, and communicate proposed application and
- Develop project plans, provide direction, and coordinate activities for applications or groups of
- Analyze application issues, propose solutions or changes, and coordinate testing and approval of
- Work with user groups to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize enterprise
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related, or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years IT experience including requirements gathering and technical specification writing.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.
- Experience with real estate-specific applications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management solutions such as BMC or ServiceNow.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and relational databases.
