AI Product Manager - Agency Exp Required (NYC-based)

📋 Description

• Own client engagements end-to-end, as primary product voice from discovery to delivery and outcomes.
• Scope and lead greenfield product initiatives with AI-native approaches.
• Lead legacy platform modernization engagements balancing debt, continuity, speed, and strategy.
• Develop AI-native enablement programs for client teams to build AI-powered solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable product plans with PRDs and success criteria.
• Partner with AI/agentic engineering teams to determine appropriate technical direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Agency, consulting, or professional services experience managing multiple clients.
• Experience across at least two engagement types: zero-to-one product development, legacy platform
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or agentic workflows beyond basic chatbots.
• Strong understanding of agentic vs deterministic tradeoffs and decision-making.
• Comfortable collaborating with AI/agentic engineers and presenting to VP-level stakeholders.
