📋 Description

• Own Time to First Production outcome end to end
• Define north-star metrics, customer journey, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with data/validation teams to measure customer journey
• Set priorities across AI-assisted and agentic experiences
• Work with Engineering, Design, and Experience leaders to execute
• Report progress and insights to senior leadership and GTM teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as Principal, Staff, or senior Product Manager
• Strong B2B or enterprise SaaS background
• Ability to establish north-star metrics and measurement frameworks
• Proven product strategy and roadmap development from customer evidence
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent written communication for strategy documents
