🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience in professional data science, upstream safety research, or a quantitative field
• Strong Python skills using core scientific libraries (NumPy, Pandas); experience with evaluation
• Curiosity across data science toolkit with drive to develop novel evaluation standards for
• Technical rigor and collaborative mindset to nurture team capabilities and share knowledge.
• Commercial awareness to bridge scientific work with client requirements in Frontier Labs.
• Ability to scope technical work and guide projects to high standards on structured timelines.
